Behind Tara by Design is a wife, mom, creative entrepreneur, and proud rescue pug mom.

Our love for pugs is a big part of who we are and even helped inspire our business identity. We’re proud parents to four rescued pugs, actively foster, and support PugHearts Houston Pug Rescue, an organization close to our hearts. In addition to our 4 foster “fails”, we also have our first pug, Jojo, who is the queen of the pack and 100% a daddy’s girl.

Giving back and supporting our community are just as important to us as growing our business.
